NanoBOND is a two-coat anti-rust system built for assets that live in salt, humidity and constant mechanical abuse. A graphene-reinforced primer locks onto prepared steel, a hydrophobic epoxy topcoat seals it, and the film keeps working through 5,000 hours of accelerated salt spray.

Self-healing polymer
Micro-scratches close as the mobile polymer phase reflows at surface temperature, so light handling damage never becomes an anode.

Touch-dry in 40 minutes
Overcoat after four hours, return to service in twenty-four. A 4–6 hour pot life gives a full shift on one mix.

Chassis, floor pans and wheel arches
Road salt, trapped moisture and stone strike attack a vehicle from underneath, where nobody inspects until a sill gives way. NanoGuard goes on over cleaned and rust-converted metal at 100 µm and stays flexible enough to move with the panel.

Decks, holds, reefers and port equipment
Salt spray never stops, and drying time is measured in minutes. The graphene primer is specified here because it holds at the cut edges and weld seams that a marine atmosphere finds first.

Structural steel is expensive to reach twice. Scaffolding, permits and shutdowns dwarf the cost of the paint, so the specification should be written for the second decade, not the first repaint.
